This poster shown at Worfield history exhibition in June 2014 shows a little of life at the time. The 2 vicars were Stanley Moore and S. S. C. Thomson. Garden fetes were the highlight of the year, the WI was celebrating an anniversary of some sort, the China Bridge was still in place over what is now known as China Bank, and Rindleford Mill pond provided a cool spot in a hot summer. The bell ringers enjoy a meal out and a wedding takes place at church. Nothing much has changed really.
